Nopes, but I want to. Whenever I try, my mother complains that I make a mess in her kitchen.

The last time I checked or bought shoes a few months ago, it was 41 European (7 UK), but my foot would have probably grown a little since.

For entire lessons, never. But for 10-20 minutes, quite a few times.

Yes, it's been a great learning experience! I now know how PlanetCricket doesn't always have members with a good or respectable brand of posting.

Taking on an entire team with no support from anyone else whatsoever isn't cool. Rather it reflects that not even your teammates find your "banter" worthy enough to react to, let alone supporting it vocally.
