I notice when you pick the MRF bat for anyone other than LARA it reverts back to a default bat also...making this slot useless.. not sure if same is true for Pontings bat.. Here are my Hero Honda bats red and yellow handle versions...

I am making a few bats. Got a blank one at the moment but still need the hex codes for the Morrant bats. I had a quick try with 2B etc but they showed as kookaburas. If you know roughly what their codes are, even that will help as I will work them out individually in game..

I find left handers easier to get out. Get your fastest bowler. Aim outside offstump, set the delivery to seam away towards slips but use late swing to bring it in. So, in effect, it swings in and then seams away... Lovely, you get countless play and misses.. and a nice edge to slips. 90...

extract GameText_English.dat from the gamedata.bag and it is very easy to overwrite. I replace all unlicensed stadia names with the ones below. Did some other changes too. Just keep the same format as the text you are going to overwrite, essential to use a hex editor.

Adding bats may be difficult. At the moment, the default bat and classic bat are easily replaced (I over wrote with the Puma Classic and a Woodworm Torch). Then you have to assign them in game to players (will be easy when the editor arrives). Adding more though... In the bat list 13 is...

Cut and paste in a hex editor. Works fine. Problem is batting order, if you want to replace a batsmen in the order with a bowler, he'll bat in his position. I think there is a way to fix this but not sure yet. If you a replacing a reserve player then no probs.
