    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

If it's only Pro Team, it's completely lost on me. It's not my sort of thing, but that goes for FUT in FC/FIFA as well. I'd love to see some meaty improvements to the core game itself, like the AI (batting, bowling and fielding) and the academy issues. I can't imagine there will be big changes...

    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

1 - they typically try to release around the Ashes. 2 - the last thing they need to do is put out yet another game (of any sort) right now. They've released 4 games in 22 months. Some were tagged as early access, some not, but they were all released in highly unfinished states. The worst of...

    My 2000s Teams!

I've submitted a ticket and posted on the BA forum. We can but hope I guess. :facepalm

    My 2000s Teams!

Yeah, it's completely shot to pieces. I had to download all of @wasteyouryouth's players individually, in addition to a couple of other teams I've downloaded in the last few weeks.

    Say Jhah's Retro Project (Waste's 90s & 00s ODI World XI's shared - See first post)

Looks like I can delete the old 99 kits! :grinning: They look fabulous.

    My 2000s Teams!

Welcome to my first public thread in about 17 years! Over the last few months, I've been fiddling around trying to create some fairly deep squads 2000s squads. Mostly early to mid-2000s, but some players go beyond that. The kits are mostly an amalgamation already available kits, or created...

    Say Jhah's Retro Project (Waste's 90s & 00s ODI World XI's shared - See first post)

I had the same approach as you. I've lost count of the amount of those legends and retro teams I've downloaded to grab kits. I "made" a few kits using logos and unfinished kit parts on the academy. Hell, maybe I should start a thread with the stuff I've collected for the 2000s teams, just to...

I've shared an India 2000s with some of Waste's recent players added in. It should have the 2001 and 2002 test kits. Username is the same as it is here. :)

    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

Nah. It's much, much worse. Granted, Cricket 24 has had a lot of updates since it came out (and the benefit of 5 previous games in the series). That said, Rugby 25 has been in development for quite some time. It was announced in March 2023 (as Rugby 24), so it was, I hope, in development before...

Seeing Gayle does make me wonder if a younger Jimmy Anderson might be on the cards? I couldn't take the 40-year-old face seriously while playing tests from the 2000s so I slapped in a very generic-looking version with slightly dyed hair. :D

    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

Some (and I do emphasise only some) of that article would have made more sense at launch when the game was in a shocking state. Now it just reeks of laziness and not looking into how the game has developed (ignoring licences and a lot of features built specifically to make the game much easier...

A 2000s tease as well as the stuff already shown here? My poor teams are about to get an overhaul! :grinning:

    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

100% this. Cricket 24, while far from faultless and quite telegraphed in many scenarios, is the one I've enjoyed the most for team vs team test matches, to the point I've gone fairly in-depth on early 2000s test teams and squads. It's recovered well since launch (when I refunded it) to play some...

    Cricket 24 - General Discussion

I've come across 9 teams submitted by R-D-B3: South Africa Australia Pakistan Zimbabwe West Indies England New Zealand Bangladesh Sri Lanka I found the India kit under a team submitted by shashwatchaurasiya. I've never been able to find Kenya and Scotland though.

    SalmanWahidi's Creations for Cricket 24

It's pretty difficult to get real high-quality shots of them given the age of the bats. The ones at the top of these pages are about as good as it gets from what I can see. Hard to get side-on shots as well, unfortunately. GM Maxi...
