Haier Cup Pakistan (ہائیر کپ پاکستان); often and simply known by its acronymic name (HCP) is a fictional cricket league founded by Na Maloom Afraad.
It is a List-A league - controlled and headquartered in Karachi. It currently consists of six franchises nominally representing the cities of Pakistan.
All six teams are placed in a single ladder where they play each of the other five teams twice - once at home and once away.
Top-three teams qualify for Amarnath-Kardar Trophy; only the winners earn a direct qualification to Champions League and The Super Cup.

It was operated and established by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). Currently, the league is in its sixth season.

RULES & REGULATIONS​


SQUADS & LINEUPS

RETENTIONS | PLAYER DRAFT | TRANSFER WINDOW

Each squad must consist of a minimum of eighteen players; up to seven of which can be overseas signings.
Franchises are also allowed up to two additional 'Injury Reserves'; one of which can be an overseas signing.

Playing XIs can consist of a maximum of four overseas (:os:) players.
Playing XIs must contain at least one capable wicket-keeper (:wk:/:wkb:/:arwk:) and five bowling (:arwk:/:bwl:/:ar:) options.
Designated captain (:c:) can not be dropped unless injured.

LEAGUE FIXTURES

The six franchises are placed in a single ladder where they play each of the other five teams twice. Once at home and once away.
Top-three teams advance to a page playoff system; with the league concluding in a final to determine the winners of Haier Cup Pakistan

Top-three teams qualify for Amarnath-Kardar Trophy; only the winners earn a direct qualification to Champions League and The Super Cup.

POINTS & STANDINGS

Each team earns three points per win, one for a tie and none for a loss.
If teams are tied on points; the number of wins will segregate their rank on the ladder; then the net-run-rate.

Super Over is a tie-breaking method where both teams play a single, additional over of six balls to determine the winner of a tied-match.
* This method only applies for playoff matches.

PLAYER INJURIES

Injuries are randomly simulated to give this league somewhat of a realistic edge.
Players that play without a rest are more likely to get injured.

Following are the types of injuries:

— Heals fully after a one-game rest
