Sure, man. The next iteration is planned to run concurrently with the 2020 PSL. This is basically to give the people interested in the real-life version of that Pakistani league something similar to join and have fun with. It's going to be similar to that, but not entirely identical. So, You can expect this to begin from mid-February.

Anyone that wants to participate, can participate in this. If existing managers retain their teams and there are no teams vacant that you can manage, you can ask to be the co-manager for existing managers.

Generally there is a certain number of retentions in place, after that, there is a draft where whoever picks the player they want first, gets them. There are no restrictions on that apart from the general foreign-player limit.

The duo that led Quetta to two back-to-back PSL titles is now going to lead them in HCP, perhaps to glory - @RUDI/@Yash.

It feels kinda hollow starting this right after PSL has been postponed, but hopefully this will provide the Pakistanis on PC (including Me) some well needed distraction from the disappointment that's going on IRL right now. I'll get the drafts up and running ASAP as well. I was hoping to put up some history of the league on its first page, but when I started I got to about 1/4 of the way and realized there's just too much writing I need to do and not enough time because it will legitimately take me over a month to write down the league's history, history for all the teams separately and all the archival stuff and some statistics and whatnot. I'm just gonna hold off on doing that until after this season.
