Lahore Qalandars were set a tall order when they were blown away for a paltry 198, and asked to defend it against a batting lineup of Islamabad United's calibre. But Lahore Qalandars pack heat in their bowling attack, with which they very nearly pulled off a sensational come-from-behind victory, but only nearly. A flailing top-order was salvaged by Iftikhar Ahmed and Glenn Maxwell who put on an 89-run partnership to form the backbone of the chase.
