So as you may have seen, Cork CCC has approached Pakistani batter Abdullah Shinwari as a possible overseas signing. If any countries have players they would like to play in Irish domestic cricket as overseas players, please do reach out in the Irish thread with the details and we'll see what we can do

General question - how do we feel about separate threads for tournament matches and bilateral series? I personally think they stifle the overall activity because only the members involved post in their respective threads.

I think 1 thread per tour/tournaments should suffice

The following Irish counties are looking for international signings:

  • Dublin CCC are seeking a right-arm fast bowler.
  • Fingal CCC are seeking a specialist left-arm bowler
  • Galway CCC are seeking a middle-order batter.
  • Kildare CCC are seeking a top-order batter, preferably left-handed
  • Limerick CCC are seeking a top-order batter
  • Meath CCC are seeking a specialist spin bowler
Cricket Ireland hopes you have players interested in coming over who may suit these roles. If you do, please drop a post in the Ireland thread to express your interest. Players do not need to be from your national squads
