This was both Zimbabwe and Bangladesh's first ever T20I. The 2 survivors from that match, Shakib al Hasan and Sean Williams, share the record for the longest ever T20I career. Although Shakib hasn't played since Jul 2023, so at the moment Williams is the only man with a career spanning more than 17 years.

I’m happy to see new performers like Bennett and Campbell . And antum Naqvi in the mix too. Zimbabwe have had too much mediocrity in batting apart from their trio if all rounders . This is a great step forward . My dream top 7 for them -
