West Indies tour of England 2024 - 3 Tests

Another dominating English performance. Really feel the ICC needs to start according points for events within a Test match + introduce a tiered system to Test cricket. The gulf is huge and it isn't making for good viewing. Hate to admit, but apart from India, England and Australia, the others look grossly out of place. Or these 3 are out of place when it comes to Test cricket.

According points for events within a Test match: On the lines of what the Asian Test Championship in the late 1999's did. Otherwise, there's no way you can expect the others to even put together a side that can match the might of the Top 3.
It was really not that dominant. West Indies collapsed quickly, that happens sometimes. They also dropped too many catches in the first innings.

The problem with the WTC is the format, it's not a real tournament, just an illusion of one laid on top of bilateral cricket. Same problem the ODI Super League had. It's also remarkably predictable. I can't envisage a situation where it won't be India vs. in the final.

Absolutely shocking from Stokes to face the first ball here. If he'd had Duckett face then Stokes would've completed batting in every position from 1 to 11

For me ShIrmon Hetmeyer must player all forms of the game for West Indies before it to late and he will be a wasted talent

If Sherfane Rutherford took cricket seriously he could have been anything, he one of the hardest hitters of cricket ball when in form
