IN PROGRESS All-Time Australia ODI XI

I was expecting to go WK but there's three options I'm happy with out there. So...

Graham Yallop had to lead Australia through the 80s Dark Ages and is thusly kind of forgotten, but no Australian in his day was better at scoring runs AND being in the ODI team. Of course, he did them slowly, but with my top 6, an accumulator is fine.

Another middle order player? Yes, Darren Lehmann is opening for me now. It's something he did successfully in real life after all. And another all-rounder? Yes, but Green is really just here for his batting.

@Perfect Square

Ben McDermott is my pick. A very talented players who I think should have and should play for Australia more in the format. In the 5 ODIs he played. He averages 40 with a Strike rate of 90. Similar record in List A as well.

Would confuse a lot of people considering his name but he is not the Steve Smith we all know of.

@Viper.

Team needs a fifth bowler desperately and it’s time to bring balance to the side with a man who excelled in both skill sets of the game, ex SRH coach

Tom Moody comes into the lineup to be the fifth bowler and add some depth to that batting. He averaged 38 with the bat in List A and managed 257 wickets with the ball. Hes the perfect pick to balance out the team.
