I remember releasing the source code to so many requests; I thought someone might have fixed those niggles yet. If someone can compile some detailed bug reports (with Symptoms, how to reproduce and any test file required) of these and any other issues, I can try to fix them in some spare time...

Are you sure about this? I think this feature came with Windows 8; I could not mount .iso files directly without using MagicDisc (and other such stuff) when I used Windows 7.
