    Kshitiz's Cricket Sim 09 Discussion/Testing

I shared the Debug builds by mistake. These would not run on your system unless you have Visual Studio 2012 installed. I'm attaching the release builds. These should work just fine.

    Kshitiz's Cricket Sim 09 Discussion/Testing

So PCPL informed me about some minor issues with the sim, so I thought it'd be fun to download the source, fix them, and release another version. As it turned out, however, I nearly cried my eyes out. The code I wrote some 6 years ago is so bug-prone, so ugly, so naive... I am surprised about...

    PCPL General Discussion

I remember releasing the source code to so many requests; I thought someone might have fixed those niggles yet. If someone can compile some detailed bug reports (with Symptoms, how to reproduce and any test file required) of these and any other issues, I can try to fix them in some spare time...

    Suggestion for a new laptop

I wouldn't really recommend a MacBook if the person wants "fully Gaming Laptop". Even after installing Windows+Bootcamp it'd be handicapped for gaming.

    Wrestling thread

Yes, I know. But I'm taking it at face value, the way one can see it currently. That's what you get at the end of the day anyways. ---------- 1. I was talking about "current" action. 2. I was talking about in-ring action, not story lines.

    Wrestling thread

I didn't mean freshness in terms of their storylines, but their in ring action. I'd much rather have somewhat unpredictable, quick paced action than a veteran wrestler continuously doing the only 3 perfected moves he can do, along with looks and shouts/stares. This is the reason why John Cena...

Say what you want, but Bryan is currently giving one of the best action in WWE. Bryan, Ziggler, etc: these guys' matches have a lot of freshness.

    The Android Discussion Thread

Abhas - Just take a backup of your messages/contacts and do a factory reset. Your phone will start flying again! Samsung (and sometimes Google) have taken a lot of bad decisions when it comes to implementations. They use in-appropriate file systems, NAND controllers, and what not. Result is...

    Mounting an ISO file.

Are you sure about this? I think this feature came with Windows 8; I could not mount .iso files directly without using MagicDisc (and other such stuff) when I used Windows 7.

You know, from being an absolute tool in the beginning, to very nearly being banned, to then be a staff member, then a global mod, and then an executive member - I've been through a lot in the 7 or so years. :p I've had some amazing time here though. A lot of how I shaped out to be has to be...

Is it a desktop? You only need to upgrade your GPU, rest of the rig is fine! Sadly I am not up to date with the latest in GPUs and their prices.

New motherboard in not too distant future

No problem! :) Yes I know, been busy elsewhere, not been able to spend much time here! I'm not sure; I'm not following recent trends too specifically but the general picture is that if you want to chase outright performance, Intel is the way to go. If you're happy with "just enough", you can...

New motherboard in not too distant future

PCI/PCI-E are standards anyways (which either haven't changed much or are backwards compatible). It should all work just like that.
