I believe the game is C22 with new features, which mostly include x-number of licensed players and teams, and about 50 licensed stadiums. So, essentially BA/NACOM would be reselling C22 alongside DLC content at a full prize. Since, C22 is relatively stable Sony India might be willing to have it...
