The first one you can just use the scout/editor to make that change. and second, its subjective :P no one can ever be right

Have a look at the pointers I have in the artmoney table, and I am looking at any place where I can remove a line of code in hopes that it will help make it more efficient

Fe, just going over the scout and one thing that could speed up the process a little bit Can the pointers be reduced to 3? I tried to remove the last pointer and increase the offset by 20 but the scout just kept crashing maybe I'm missing something.

    hello

It depends on their age and potential values as well. But players generally don't improve after 25 especially when they have crossed their potential threshold. I find that any kind of technique coaching is practically useless for both bowlers and batsmen.

Exporting takes about 3-4 minutes, and the worst part is that even touching excel during the export makes it crash. If the code is in VB send me the code I will try using the macro technique and implementing the filters in the scout.

Ok. If the speeding up doesnt work out why not just implement the filtration options in the scout to eliminate the need of exporting

Fe is there any way of speeding up the export process for the scout or maybe even create a macro to load everything inside excel

From what I have observed the game recycles players. That means that once a player gets to age 25+ the game will duplicate the skill set of that player and give him a new name to form a regen

@Fe, Lets make the dob coversion mess a lot easier and include just the 3rd dob code in the scout to give a general idea of the players age. You can even include the first two dob codes and sort it out later using excel but that might be too advanced so lets just make it simple and have dob3...

So far so good everything seems to be in good order Just noticed that the player type field is not working properly. Almost everyone is an all-rounder, and a lot of players play for Berkshire, but I think that's a game thing and not a scout thing.

Ok see attached. It has the addresses for IPL team, BBL team, and ofcourse the potential addresses too. I imagine its a lot of work to figure out what exactly all of the values mean for the teams so at the very least please try to implement the numbered values. I will try to help out with...

Yeah thats what I thought, but hopefully the missing players are only the associate nations. Did you get a chance to implement potential addresses?

Export it to excel and use the filters in there. And for testing havent tried playing with the values but the "all rounder scout" loads more players then the basic scout

Quite frankly not sure windows update takes care of that for me
  19. F

    Editing ICC 2012

Lol no thats not what I meant. That was directed at Fe asking if the scout loads all players, including associate nations.
