I'm going to approve of a T20 approach from Blackwood and Holder here. Get rid of runs quickly and be very chancy at it.

His Test average should be around 16 or so by now. Not just a part-timer, he can be considered a legit medium pace option. The swing and seam that I saw him getting was very nice.
