I'd say, the host(s) and the semi finalists qualify directly, and the rest go to the qualifiers. But some full members won't agree to this, although this could be very good format.
Japan will take part in ACC's Asia Cup pathways, i.e. ACC Challenger Cup/Premier Cup. But will compete in EAP regional qualifiers for ICC events.
At least that's the case for now. This might be amended in the future though.

Turns out ICC's Asia region is not related to ACC in any way. One team can be a member of the ACC, and still not be in ICC's Asia regional pathway.

Looking at current rankings, if Scotland and Netherlands advance to Super 8, England will qualify to next T20 World Cup on rankings, along with Pakistan and New Zealand, leaving Bangladesh to play the qualifier.
Nepal lost quick wickets, starting with Sah, then followed by Dipendra and Aasif, then everyone else.
Aasif and Sah made a partnership of 50 runs. Also they were going at about 8 an over. So their wickets was a turning point.

Group B is tricky. All of Scotland and Namibia are capable teams, but with England and Australia in the group, it is difficult.
