Agreed - it is important to get all the major issues sorted even if there is a slight delay. The fact that some are testing the patch is a good sign that things are progressing? However (playing devil's advocate), they have been working on the patch for a few months now (unless I'm mistaken)...

I recently went back to the game after some time and personally, I did enjoy it (to an extent). I had encountered the same issues that made me frustrated with the game, but knowing a patch to fix such issues is on the horizon, I saw through it and realised that the backbone of the game is solid...

Having come back to the game recently after a few months, I realised just how frustrating the above is and one of the reasons why I stopped playing. I'm hoping that playing offside is not a lottery as to whether you get a nick behind with 'ideal' timing across the board after the patch.

Ah, that's a shame if it is not included. I'm hoping that it was at least considered as a possibility from the Big Ant team as it was a popular idea in the "wish list" section - I hope that it may be considered in future patches down the line. IMO it would add considerable depth when playing...

Anyone kind enough to share any info on whether you can simulate co op games vs AI online with the testing?

@francisjery Stunning effort from Brathwaite with bat and ball. I thought Tyco's lack of good option for a 5th bowler has really cost them the game, whereas I have a range of bowlers to consider depending on the conditions :P

@francisjery have updated with Faulkner :) The team is stacked with all-rounders and left arm bowlers but they all are different on paper. This should be interesting!

Yes, even smaller changes in comparison can make a lot of difference. E.g. I suggested the ability to simulate matches in co-op online last month which I think would add a whole new level of depth. Whether this will be possible remains to be seen.

Like you, I have no knowledge on how it would work. Maybe they could have used servers like other sport game titles? I was also talking in general, as there has literally been no changes to the online mode.

Bit disappointing to see no new additions to online in general - 2v2 online would have been amazing.
