raised ticket with BA support, no replies yet, any help?

Bought cricket24 yesterday and played for almost 10hrs now..looks really good...tried to manage teams and went on to team editor and tried replace all and the game crashes...anyone else facing the same? where should i report this issue?

Is it only me or anyone else have this problem? the spin input is always weak, this is on hardest mode, in other modes things are fine, how can i bowl a perfect spin delivery

On first look, this looks pathetic, players look like ghost, small heads, ghost body, should have upgraded cricket 19, instead they reinvented the wheel in terms of player models and it looks super ugly, some of the videos on youtube looks like an android game , the cricket ball looks bigger...

Hi, I opened cricket 19 after say 10 months, and for some reason when i click play in steam, it says preparing to launch and after that does nothing. What should i do for it?

Actually i just now tried something which i have not done since i bought cricket 19, changing to easiest mode in bowling and tell you what, that green color appears now. Actually from the day one i have been playing with Legend ai and hardest bowling and that is why i dint get it, wow.
