Yeah it seems the only way to change stumps in play now is to make a new match in match designer.... Again another thing that has regressed for some reason
@blockerdave hey there hope you're well, just wanted to ask along with your reskill teams are you also lowering AI RR and Timing? Curious to see what results the two combined produce as I found even just reducing RR & Timing was game changing for me (only played odis)
I noticed in 50 over game they usually go for big runs in the last 5 overs or so which I thought is a nice feature as it happens in reality like this. I also play on 20 RR and Timing 20 so it makes for exciting end
@caprikaps Yes someone who has notice the straight drives are so broken they go nowhere no matter how well you time them. The only ones that go anywhere are the ones which come out with a cover drive animation but the ones which have actual straight drive animation just die... I have a collage...
What settings are you using because I just loaded the game up after seeing many people saying last ball smash is back and I didn't experience it at all. I played an ODI 12 overs so far Striker Timing and Run Rate on 20 with difficulty Hardest/Legend. They've hit a few fours but in no particular...
Has Harmison been drinking or does he not follow whats happening? He just mentioned generally "could Tim Paine come back for Carey" (they mentioned Paine's name then he said this as an after thought) does he think Paine is just out and out of captaincy due to form or what? :p
This thought literally came to my head about 20 minutes ago watching him bowl, even his action reminds me of Harris and the accuracy and knack for wickets!
Ball went down to 3rd man and Gower said "The balls gone down...well I was going to say 3rd man but you can't say that anymore so fine 3rd". Classic Gower to say it anyway haha! But just shows the state of things.
Yeah like I said earlier I played for 5minutes and noticed a bug. Idk what waste is on about Amnol made a fair point I think, whether it's a testing problem or something else regardless it's a bit of a joke that with every patch you get some new glaring bugs.
At least this tweet confirms they don't test the game at all. I haven't touched 22 for about 2/3 weeks and I played 5 overs in which I noticed the run out cancel bug xD
Funny you mention that it sparked a thought in my head...that WC is a perfect time to sell a game surely? An Aussie based company and a WC in Australia, why wouldn't you sell a game then? So just to light the match do you think this could actually just be a beta version of the game? I don't know...
Well I guess it's the next round of Ticket22 with every new patch you get to submit more tickets than before!!!!
On a serious note, running between wickets for humans feels a lot quicker I'm able to squeeze 2s in areas where I couldnt before. Offside seems a bit better, front foot straight...
Who is the guy commentating on BT atm who said something about Harris trigger movement? He sounds like some bloke down the pub...or someone who'd play darts
@Nithin Antony I've been tinkering with ODI settings as thats all I play and I've had some varied results with the following
Match Difficulty: Hardest
Difficulty: Legend
Strike Timing: 20
Run Rate: 20
Pitch Bounce: 35/40 (can't remember)
I've had good results, beautiful plays and misses and...
@WealeyH I also found out of the box settings but with Striker Timing and AI Run Rate lowered I got pretty good results in ODI matches many play and misses and good variety of dismissals but the only thing I'm interested in is if we can reskill top tier batsmen (your Smiths, Labuchanges, Kholis...
Yeah it would make sense to have his sliders in the first post or a link to the first post. I went through the other thread and this seems to be the only post but I think it's missing stuff like AI Timing, Run Rate, Difficulty etc. Would be good to just have it all in the first post instead of...
