I've grown up watching test match cricket being played with a grind-to-win approach. But watching the Poms play test cricket in the past few months with their newfound aggressive gung-ho approach named 'Bazball'- or whatever the fearsome tweak that is- has me stuck in a dilemma. I love watching this...
Seems like it's 'The Gabba', a place where Tim Paine apparently couldn't wait to 'have his opposition teams at' over these years; which has brought about his demise in the end (again). Lost to India there earlier this year after all that hype he'd made, and these texts (or s*xts) too were sent...
True that, but my context was different. He did nothing wrong upto that point. To not give him more chances all of a sudden was bizarre to me, personally.
Absolutely, that's exactly what it is. Cricket is but a religion in the subcontinent, and people take it's results as a 'matter of life or death'; which is quite unhealthy.
Funny how your team is a world class side just a few weeks ago and after a couple of losses (albeit big), the mentality of the analysts and viewers takes a U-turn. Tough sport this
This year's world cup just doesn't feel like one at all. The commentary team isn't the most well compiled lot either.
Or is it just me beginning to lose taste?

Sorry for the late reply guys. Yeah, to advance down the wicket, hold the CTRL and then SHIFT key and press any of the three strokes' keys (LEFT for defense, RIGHT for loft and DOWN for grounded stroke). You'd now be able to play those strokes while you're advancing towards the bowler.
Just a...
The heating is another 'issue'- yep, totally agree with you. As with the "PLAYING AT BALANCED POWER MODE makes it run smoother"- just tried it out. Turns out it indeed does. @SavageSmith I didn't try your method out as of now, but if I do, I shall confirm right on. Thanks for the help!
Absolutely spot on, mate. However 'buggy' and 'full of flaws' AC 09 may be, it's just simply a notch above all the other cricket games. BIG ANT GAMES are good, no disrespect to it whatsoever, but they don't 'woosh' me. The mechanics being the prime reason- no realistic feeling as such. I love...
Oh jeez mate, doesn't THAT sound amazing? I'd love to assist you in whatever way I can! Been playing this game for 7 years and this is still the best cricket game so far. :yes
I can work on the ground-ads of course, and as for the stadium ad-boards- I haven't really tried them before; but...
