hi there everyone,
can anyone tell me that how can i bowl fast bowl of about 140(s) ? I played the demo in which J.Gallispie has bowled six consecutive bowls over an average speed of 140. How can i bowl like this ? (I am playing by taking England as my own team). I know that only Fast bowlers can bowl at this pace but I tried with every bowler & still I am not been able to bowl at such speed. (I tried even with gillispie). Any suggestion gyus.......

just try to time it so you hit it just above the line. some bowlers who in real life are fast are slow in this game, bit of a flaw

what about the bowling cursor ?
When we pitch the bowl it sometimes turns into red colour or green colour or dark-yellow colour. What does the each of this colour shows ? Does any of it depends on the speed and/or swing of the bowl ?

no, a red cursor indicates a bad line/length, yellow ok, and green good line/length

Are you sure that you are not looking at the KPH indicator?? The MPH will read about 80 or 90's

i am talking in kphs not in mphs...
one more thing, i have seen that my opponent (pc) is able to add more & more swing in the bowl without using the special delivery & also not beating the batsman. i.e he can add swing in the bowl in the first bowl of the over as well as in the last bowl of it. I wanna know that how is it possible to add much swing in the bowl (along with 140s kph speed). (I am not talking about the drift in the air but talking about that swing which the bowl takes after pitching) I have seen doing this mostly Gillispie (as i haven't played any match with other team taking as my opponent)

one thing i forgot that (its a bug of codemaster) they had given J.Gellispe the ability to bowl at 140s kph but when B.Lee comes to bowl, he bowls like a medium pacer, in all the matches i have played i havent seen lee bowling at atleast 140ks. (i m talking about the pc bowling against me).

Lee is always fast on mine, faster than Dizzy anyway. In terms of a lot of late swing, I find if you set a ball to seam in or away from a batsman and then get it to swing in that direction late, the ball can really move to the side :)

Things that affect swing in a match mostly, are cloud cover, age of the ball, and ability and speed of bowler. For example, Freddie being far too slow in this game gets the ball swinging all over the place, whilst a fully fast Harmy can get a bit of swing going.
