Only 3 Bowlers very intresting!!

Come Mahi... I smell some trick up your sleev!!

Rohit replaces Chawla, Gambhir replaces Karthik and Zaheer replaces Praveen. Interesting decision by Dhoni. He has beefed up the batting order (probably because batting is our strength). Hope it clicks for him today.

Yusuf and Jadeja are the allrounders (Jadeja is almost the specialist bowler). Plus you have Yuvi, Raina, Rohit. We are batting heavy today.

Know they're going to struggle against the pace and bounce of Tait, Johnson and Nannes so they've packed the side with batting to make sure they get as many as possible. Judging by how they were found out against England in the last T20 WC, I don't see the Indian batsmen getting too many deliveries in their half. Vijay, Raina, Sharma, Yuvraj, Jadeja and Pathan will really be tested by the short delivery in this game.

Sure Watto will make up for that maiden though; the bloke's a gun. One of my favourite cricketers in the world right now, just a shame he's a crim.

Ah there we go, the Wattonator is back again. Was getting worried with his lack of timing and the fact he wasn't getting bat on ball.

First dropped catch of the match and first runs of Harby. Tough chance but you definitely want to take them. Harby causing all sorts of problems for Watson atm.

Interesting that Dhoni's using up 2 overs from arguably his gun bowler so early on. After Harbhajan and Zaheer they've got very little bowling. Dangerous ploy. Going for the old "doesn't matter how many you get, we'll chase them down" theory. Not sure it'll work against Australia's bowling attack though. If Sidebottom and Broad could do damage bowling short on a flat track like Lords, then Tait, Nannes and Johnson could have a field day on this deck.

I can see why he did it, get the Aussie openers and you go a long way to minimizing the Aussie score. Hasn't paid off in the wickets column but did the job in the run rate. Jadeja was effective until that last shot.
