They are both instinct catchs. The ball came quickly so it was more of a reaction than a great catch. Great catches are Shahid Afridi's catch to get of Scott Styris in t20 world cup. Shahid Afridi Best Catch in History of Cricket - YouTube Because he had to runa dn make a judgement and it was not really instinctive.

Edit: and Sehwag's is a beauty.

Best catch I saw was Jacques Kallis catching an Afridi Skyer in Sharjah. He had to dive in front and twist midair to take that catch. It should be available on youtube.
