And now, The Lottery!

Users take turns and draw a randomized lottery number on RANDOM.org, and then a neutral party (not me) will reveal which team they've won in the lottery! Simple.

How to Draw?

Users will go one after another based on their ticket, and submit a randomized lottery number in the thread. The lottery number must be generated on RANDOM.org, and the user must submit a screenshot of their number in the thread. Users can generate as many random numbers on RANDOM.org as they wish, but their submission in the thread will be considered final and unchangeable. But do remember, it is essential to submit a screenshot so I know it was indeed random.

All available teams will be placed into a list ordered by their tournament seed (ODI ranking), and the list will be randomized on RANDOM.org nine times each round; this being the ninth edition and all. The lottery number submitted by the user will denote the team number on the final list, revealing which team the user has won.

The first round will include all 20 teams and the user being asked to generate a number between 1 and 20, and each round both these things will decrease by 1.

Lastly, players will take turns based on their tickets; i. e. their declaration of interest in the league, whether it be in the thread or elsewhere. So, @Till Valhalla will go first, being the first to declare interest in the league, and @ahmedleo414 will go last. @Umair7 will not get a chance to draw and will be saddled with the leftovers.
