3rd Umpire - additional runs

I've been using Sam's exe which,, among other things fixes the added run when a batsman is given not out on a runout attempt.
Trouble is it appears to have stopped working. Has anyone else had this problem?

actually, I've had a similar problem- the extra runs are awarded, but they arn't credited to the batsman, or extras

Sam's exe works for me. It actually fixes the problem in my case.

Does it have anything to do with the difficulty level?

the twin in spot on...it only add the runs to the team total and not to the batsman, or to the extras in the case of running on byes.

So it sort of half-fixes the run out problem but not fully, I guess.

But that was always the problem. Even before applying this fix, it never added runs to the batsman or extras for me. Ever felt that we're all running totally different versions of the software?

before adding this fix even the teams totals werent updated i think.
