5th Test: England vs Australia at the Brit Oval

Watson just kept Broad in the side for a while longer :p He really needs to sort out his straight ball problem, his LBW percentage is way too much for any top batter especially a opener.

Stuart Broad strikes again. This guy has to be one of the most arrogant players going around, acknowledge the umpire you twat (And not 5 minutes after your celebration)

I like Broad's running down the pitch with arms aloft appeal. He only does it when it's plumb. Watson was the twat of the piece really, holding his bat up to hint to the umpire that he hit it. That's just blatent cheating.

Woah, excellent delivery from Broad to Ponting. Bowling nicely.

Oh well, that makes it ok then :sarcasm

Stuart Broad you beauty. Bowled an excellent little spell to Ponting and deserved the wicket. Very good bowling. Been the pick of England's bowlers in the last 3 innings, knew he'd show some improvement at some point in this series.

Still say we should have dropped him ;)
Clarke is the really big wicket in this series. He also plays spin very well.

Edit: Hussey in at 4 of course. Oh well.

You rock broad great delivery ponting gone yes.:)

Ponting never looked settled out there, it was only a matter of time before he got himself out.

Nice bowling from Stuart Broad though.

Looks like Broad is finally showing his potential. Had Ponting in all sorts and deserved his wicket. Ponting's aura is fast going away.

Loose shot by Ponting....Aus loose two quick wickets....They need one good partnership here...

England's fast bowlers figures make for interesting reading from this series:

Andrew Flintoff: 7 wickets at 50.85, best of 5/92
Steve Harmison: 2 wickets at 56.50 best of 2/98
James Anderson: 12 wickets at 40.58 best of 5/80
Graham Onions: 10 wickets at 30.30, best of 4/58
Stuart Broad: 14 wickets at 32.21, best of 6/91

Broad's figures are more than respectable, interesting to note that our bowler with the best average is the one that got dropped. Makes sense.......

My god, Broad is on fire. 3 for Broad. Excellent bowling.
