Points System

Each Planet Cricket players will be rated a total of 120 points regardless of their role. The points will be divided into batting, bowling & fielding points based on what the roles are and will not exceed 120 points to keep it fair and have both the teams rated equally in terms of PC players.

The players will be divided as the follows -

Captaining a side & the role of a captain

I will be selecting captains and the captain selected will be whom I know and trust. Since this has to be really precise and on time I will select captains whom I know can take the responsibility. @AliB has shown interest and he is one of the captain of the team

  • The captain will be responsible of selecting 4 international players & 9 PC players in a draft. Draft rules will be posted soon.
  • The captain will also be responsible for sending lineups.
  • The captain will be asked to select team name & kit color combination

Live Stream & Match Timing Information
  • I live in United States and I follow Eastern Standard Time.
  • The tournament will be AI vs AI which will be telecasted live on Twitch.
  • Unfortunately since Xbox One does not support live streaming on Youtube I have to stream it only on Twitch or Beam and I prefer Twitch.
  • During the streaming the matches get recorded and stored on twitch which means I will post the complete match on Youtube & in the thread.
  • Good News is that you do not need an account for viewing the match on twitch, although if you have one do follow me.
  • Matches will be usually played at 8.00 PM EST so please convert what time would it be during your timezone.
  • Match highlights will be played 24 hours on my channel so even if you miss it you can watch it on twitch during the match days. I will put up the schedule closer to match days on this thread as well on twitch

A suggestion, as the keepers are set 60 points for batting and fielding I guess batsmen could be differentiated by setting 80 points for batting and 40 for fielding.

Good suggestion. Will try this setting in Ashes and will see if they dont get overpowered

I was thinking 70-50 as well. 80-40 will be a little unfair for bowlers. I am thinking of changing the bowlers to 70 as well and reducing batting to 10
 
Since the matches are played by AI vs AI, it would be better if we play after the next patch after AI not taking singles issue is resolved? What is your opinion on this?
I am hoping that the patch will be available by that time.
