I've put together some decision pending screens for NatWest, Investec Test series (England v Pakistan) and Royal London matches.

TheR4zerBlade has made one for Specsavers CC games if you want that one.

The files go in textures/ui/hud
Simply name the one you wish to use decision_pending

I've modified sightscreens for various competitions, but can only get Specsavers County Championship and Investec Test Match screens to work by using the filename white.
Does anyone know the filename to use for NatWest and Royal London one day matches?
