This one looks perfect to me. But a few more lighting texture will make it awesome!

I didn't give much attention to the design rather used animation as focal as requested by him. He's happy with it so that's it .

I see you have made lots of graphics works. But still these are not upto the mark. You need much improvements IMO . I liked the placement of ronaldo icon. But those icons effects are overdone with effects which you may have used. Try working more time on a stuff rather than producing lots, so you will get enough time to understand the mistake in it.
By the way, everyone makes mistakes. Success is trying to identify those things .
