Good work on the banners man. For the first one, well the bevel and emboss effect in the texts doesn't look good, you should have tried a text like how Aggz did, you can see it in my cover photo. A little bit of golden glowy light would have been awesome. Also about that Gatorade text, if you're rotating anything then make sure you have 'SHIFT' held else manually doing it would result in pixelated works. You could have also tried adding some background textures, some fantasy stuff like lines and things. The Australian logo in tri-banners looks great and well positioned. The second one is the best one as the players are clearly visible and nothing looks overdone. The render lightning was perfectly balanced there. The third one whatsoever could have the color intensity decreased a bit. And there's one more suggestion when doing render lightning, make sure the ambience doesn't affect the 'colour' and the gloss is set at more than 75. Keep up the good work coming bro and you've improved a lot! :thumbs

Bro I use Shift key always while re-sizing anything but in the gatorade logo I have re-sized to a lower than this (size which is in he banner currently.) and re-sized to a larger one. And one thing just thanking your awesome posts doesn't worth the most and here are some more avatars from the same stock with different text placements.

This one's still the best, it's clear, the lightning and stuffs and everything else just perfect.

About the Amla one, well I say that's perfect! Stock placement, lightning and all the adjustments are all just great. All I can tell you is that always try normal (white) lightning. For all, just keep up the great work! :thumbs
 
Nice work on amla icons,IMO rohit looks lq,you are improving at a great speed KIU.
 
Guys sorry but what editing design tool do you use for all these amazing pictures?? I know Photoshop is the obvious answer but doesn't it cost like 600 US Dollars??? Please help
