The banner needs some tweaking mate, it looks simple, filled with text and some spread splatters. Try harder, play a bit more with it especially the corners.

The logo however looks great but still the text could be improved. The bevel 'n emboss effect doesn't quite blend well there. The idea is great though.

The KP avatar is no good and I'll be honest with ya, these kinda works won't take you anywhere. You have overdone it and the text stands nowhere too, a simple black, thin would have been awesome there.

The MI logo's of low quality, I can see the not-well-shaped black lines there with threads. The idea once again was great but try playing with picture quality mate and don't try adding as much effects as possible, it will vividly ruin the quality. Sorry if I was harsh but you'll improve much better by the critics.

Keep on producing stuffs and you'll in no time have them produced in a much better quality.

Don't always use splatters in your work & they seemed to be not fitting in the ultimo banner,but logo looks good,but again the mumbai logo & kp avatar are poor.

The banners looks good,but the logo looks poor especially on the edges of the ball,coming to bell avatar it looks decent,but it's too dark.
