I love the way you worked on Afridi set. Its too great. Good work on Dravid ava too. KIU. keep 'em coming.....

Use black and blue background with shining and splashy effects and use stock of Virat Kohli and make it as much shining as posdible
 
Those simple banners are okay. The Steve Smith set looks great, the avatar however is a bit dark. Playing with curves would have rectified it. The signature however is perfect. Keep up the great work mate. :thumbs
