Some people are good in teaching and not in performing and I guess I'm that's same with me.
 
First two avatars are looking great,but in the siggy there is no need for that Portugal logo although nice work on it.

First: This banner is used in every post by the manager(you).
Second: You should link the post where all the teams are posted

Talking about the CR7 works, I'm afraid that you've overdone the signature, as Arun said there was no need for the Portugal stuff considering he's wearing the Real kit. Also, that light's intensity/opacity looks a tad too much, decreased one could have been better. Avatars are cool but don't let the lightning destroy the focal render. The banners and buttons are just okay as they lack some textures, these things are nothing without textures actually. The logos aren't top notch either, you didn't play with shapes which is the best way to improve logo making and you tried taking out renders which will eventually make you lazy and less innovative so I say play with shapes and try to make the works as good quality as possible. Keep up the good work man. :thumbs
 
 
Text work needs improvement & i feel there is no space for fitting the text,non text icons looks good,but lightning needs to be more visible.
