Can't say much about these type of designs. But the only thing I can say is that the blue lights take the focus away from the text. Overall I'd give it a 7/10.

Try to use other fonts too, Gotham doesn't fit in every time.

Banner is great, but I feel the opacity of the BG pics should've been decreased.
