Yes

Go to your Mindstorm\Cricket Revolution\system\data folder.

Delete the "Interiors" and "Stadiums" folders.

Thats It!

Very handy and to be honest the patch makers should be glad someone has gone to the trouble to put this together: you should of course get their permission though.
