Who is favourite to win? Mitchell Johnson and Michael Clarke two of the players up their i rekon...

Your thoughts

Michael Clarke should win the Test player of the year, but the main Allan Border medal might go to Mitch. Not sure who would get the One Day player of the year award though.

I believe no one deserves the Allan Border medal this year. All were dire, all pay the price.

Simon Katich as Allan Border medallist, Michael Clarke as Test cricketer of the year Shaun Marsh as ODI cricketer of the year, Lee Carseldine as State player of the year, Moises Henriques as Bradman young player of the year.

I really have no idea to tell you the truth.

Darren Pattinson. Even though he didn't win an tests for Australia, he ensured that England didn't too. So that makes him eligible.

Otherwise, I'd call for Simon Katich. Mitchell Johnson has a chance too.

I suspect Johnson will get the AB medal cause he has performed better in ODI. Clarke should have Test player of the year. Bradman young player of the year Hughes.

AB medal - Johnson
ODI - Ponting ?
Test - Clarke

Like to see Mitch get the AB medal . I think he deserves it more than anyone else.

Didnt think his record in 08 was that bad. Lee, Clarke, Symonds, Watson and Haddin missed games due to injuries in 08/09. So I guess Bracken or Marsh will win it.

I would be willing to give Hughes the state player of the year. Klinger could get that but I don't think his One Day form has been great.

Yeah, he is the second highest wicket taker in the One Day comp, 7 behind Bird. Not sure on his First Class form though.

Bird was the top wicket taker in the Twenty20 big bash, and is leading in the One Day wickets by a lot but he doesn't play FC so it will be unlikely for him to win it. Extremely unlikely.
