For the Zakumi one, do the following.
Open it using Photoshop. create a new layer. Take Paint Brush with Green color (Radius, about 20). Do scratch lines as you want, but all should be free- hand parallel (I hope you understand). Then, select that layer, go to filter, Blur, Motion Blur and set the angle line almost parallel to the lines you've drawn. Keep the Blurring intensity to somewhere near 150 (See that all lines disappear after you do that.)
If you have the PSD, take out the Fifa Worldcup logo.
Put the outcome.
