What is your opinion of Tim Cahill?

He's one of Everton's best ever signings and i'd even say he's one of our best ever overseas players. I think that every side in the Premiership would love a Tim Cahill because he's quick, strong, passionate and he'd run through a brick wall for the team he's playing for. He has a brilliant striker's instinct of finding gaps where no defender is and he can evade his marker without them even noticing. Tim Cahill is one of the best midfielders in the Premiership and is unfortunate to have been unlucky with injuries this season.

Kshitiz_Indian said:
Whats the secret behind the super posting.

Well it's a combination of boredom and having a lot to say. Given that i'm the only one in my family who watches cricket it's nice to have something in which to vent my frustration or express my jubilation when watching a game in my house.

GrayNicolls said:
What is your favourite flavour of Ben and Jerry's?

Never had it to be honest. I'm more of a Cart? Dor (sp?) man. If I were to have Ben & Jerry's though my favourite flavour would be anything with chocolate in it.

Leicester_Fox said:
What's your favourite cricket ground?

That's a no brainer really; Old Trafford. It's lovely to sit there on a sunny day in the middle of summer watching Lancashire stroll to victory and it's even better watching players like Jimmy Anderson, Andrew Flintoff and Sajid Mahmood represent Lancashire for England in an International match at the home of the red roses.

Culli said:
What does Jimmy have that I don't?!

A massive dic...

...tionary.

Do you sniff it through a cane on a Supersonic train?

Nope. I sniff it through a hole when Cahill scores a goal.

ZoraxDoom said:
How much do you pay Stevie per night for his services?

Roughly about 50p. He doesn't charge much as he is desperate, cheap, dirty little boy!

Viral1991 said:
What is your opinion about selfless service & cheerfullness?

Selfeless service has baffled me a bit. I take it you mean doing things such as donating to charity without seeking any form of thanks, congratulations or appreciation for your good deed? If so then I think that definitely, anyone who gives to charity mustn't be doing it for for some selfish ulterior motive.

As for the cheerfulness, well everybody loves a bit of cheerfullness don't they? We should all eat Cheerios for cereal everyday too!

Sureshot said:
If you could assassinate any figure (someone famous) then who would it be and why? Mode of assassination too please.

Russel Brand. I'd tie him to a tree, rip off his arm, bitch slap him with hsi newly severed arm, rip off all his other limbs, stick them up his arse, stick leaches all over his face, stab his eyes out with a drawing pin, make him watch an hour and a half of one of his own unbearable, sexist tripe that he calls stand-up, i'd then pour petrol all over him, set him on fire, feed the ashes to a dog, feed the dog's feces to a fish and then finally, i'd feed the fish to Mohammad Asif so he gets poisoned...

wolf said:
Do you think Jolean Lescott will ever play for England?

No. Never. Despite him clearly being one of the most assured and reliable defenders in the Premierhsip (Not to mention he can play anywhere along the back four) he will never play for England because he doesn't play for Chelsea, United, Arsenal, Liverpool or Tottenham.

Kev said:
What is your earliest cricketing memory?

Well I can remember back as early as England's 46 all out in the West Indies in 1994 but i'd class my first real memory of watching cricket properly as the first test of the 1997 Ashes series. I remember seeing Andy Caddick and Darren Gough tear through Australia in the first innings with the former nearly taking a hat-trick. I then remember Nasser Hussain (who I thought was called Sadamn at the time) taking the Aussie bowlers to the cleaners and iirc, Thorpe also scored a century. I then remember us struggling for ages in the second innings with Mark Taylor and Greg Blewett taking a liking to Caddick and co who had blew them away first time round. A bit of a collpse left England with only 120+ to chase and we did it in about 20 overs as McGrath and Kasprowicz didn't make the most of the new ball.

Who's your favourite poster on PC?

Well i've narrowed it down to three;

Culli - Purely on an MSN basis this one. We have remarkably similar personalities regarding things such as music, TV shows etc.

Stevie - He's just a great bloke on PC and on MSN. He's funny, knowledgable and doesn't abuse his power too much unlike some other green man around here...:spy

Puddleduck - He's a human Wisden. I used to think I was pretty good at this cricket debating lark before he turned up. Now instead of me arguing with Gambino, I just let Puddle do a better job of it for me. As of yet I haven't MSN'd with Puddle but that doesn't matter, he's still a legend who i'm sure will go on to have a great life.

:o

All three of these i'd actually like to meet in real life because I want to hear what Stevie talks like...

UPDATE:

Animator - He's a legend. Right down my alley.

What hair gel do you use and do you have a certain tecnique of making hair?

Brylcreem shaping clay. As for styling, I spike it all up and then flatten the bits which I don't want spiking. I only apply the clay to my fingertips but I rub it into my fingers thoroughly so as to get a better finish to my hair.

Pak_Cricketer said:
Using one word how would you describe yourself?

Sanchez.

pal said:
Will England advance to the semi-finals of the WC?

Not a chance. If we can't even score 300 against Ireland and Canada then what chance do we have of posting a big total against the bigwigs of the tournament? Our bowling is good though so I quite fancy us bowling first in a game as it will leave us with knowing what score we have to get which is when England perform better. If we chase totals more than we have to set them in the remaining Super 8 games, then maybe England can get to the semis.

pinchinator said:
Will Everton qualify for Europe?

Provided that we win all of our games aside from Chelsea and United then yes, we should. However, if we have to rely upon beating one of those two then I highly doubt it.

The_gas said:
I've heard your bi-curious? Im asking on behalf of a high ranking global moderator.

Sorry to disappoint you Gas but i'm straight. I just have a an exceptional taste in men's hair.

treva said:
We all know you love Jimmy's hair and his skills, but who else do you admire for their hair and skills?

Tom Meighan from Kasabian. He's a fooking legend.

Feelin Blue? said:
What is your favourite thread on PC?

Any England series thread and the Superthread. The former because it lets me rant about England and the latter because it lets me rant about Stevie's porn collection.

duffarama said:
Do you enjoy consuming cranberry congealed beef rollettes with lemon-sweetened fried prawn clamlets?

Can't say that I have Duff. I once spilled coca-cola on a pie though. That was pretty nice.

etho11 said:
Do you think Everton is a good team just because of Australia's Tim Cahill?

Not really. We have some fine players such as Arteta, AJ, Lescott and Yobo and we have some good young players in Anichebe, Vaughan, Osman and Hibbert. We also have the underrated golden oldies in Alan Stubbs and the legend that is Lee Carsley.

All that plus Phil Neville...

PhilD123 said:
Ferrero Roches or Baileys?

Ferro Roches soaked with Baileys. End of.

Although if I had to choose then it's Ferrero's because they are uber fit.

nightprowler10 said:
How much do you love Scott Styris?

Not very much! That n00b made me lose Brandon for a whole week!

Bilal91 said:
AM I SEXY???

Of course. I love the warewolf type all-over facial hair thing you've got going on and the fact that you have gremlin ears and all that.

WORLD CHAMPIONS said:
What is your favourite cuisine

Meat & Potato Pie.

Will_NA said:
What product do you use on your hair?

Washing: Tresem? Shampoo followed by Tresem? conditioner.

Styling: Brylcreem Shaping Clay.

Simbazz said:
If you were stranded on a desert island, and you could choose one of the following people to be on the island with you which and why?

Stevie because he's class. I'd be a riveting laugh to hang around with him for a bit.

surendar said:
What is your most unforgettable moment in your life?

Being at Wembley for Everton's FA Cup win in 95 or being at Old Trafford for the last day of he 3rd 2005 Ashes Test. Both were absolute nerve janglers in their own way.

Hooper said:
Can you actually be bothered making C07 Kits? And is the pressure getting to you?

No pressure at all. I only made a few mods because I was bored during a dosage of ring sting and I never even thought about doing kits because there isn't much point when Kev's, Punk's and Farrukh's are so good.

manee said:
In a nutshell, what is your philosphy on life

Be a risk taker and live life to the full. If you want to do something, do it. Don't waste your life away lazing around at home when you could be outside because as Dirty Sanchez's own Matthew Pritchard so rightly points out, there's plenty of time to sleep when your dead so go out there and experience life at it's best.

rabeta said:
What is the worst thing you have ever experienced in your life?

Going to the swimming baths with a load of mates realising that i'd packed a pair of trunks that were a size too small. Not only were they strangling by balls, but the bulge was clear to see for all around...

duded64 said:
If you could give anything back that you have stolen what would it be and why

Bernard's watch.

cricket doctor said:
What are your career plans? and what are you doing presently to achieve your career objective?

I'd love to be a sports journalist or a sports psychologist. I achieved A's and A*'s in my GCSE level PE, English Language, Literature and Media and that enables me to take Film and Media studies at College next year along with PE as well. I'd love any job in journalism as my interests are quite broad really. I could cover anything form sport, to music to films and more.

Here's something only of interest to myself, but that first morning of the first test, I was playing on the putting green where I worked at the time (big insurance company with excellent facilities), which was no more than half a mile from Edgbaston.
I recollect hearing massive cheers every 10-15 mins and everyone was wondering what was going on. Needless to say we went inside and switched on the tv and the Aussies were something like 50-8

I've added Cricket Doctor's question as he was busy throughout the submission period.
