You can replace the texture of the bat sponsor currently being used by your player, as long as it's not the Big Ant, Bradman or Biggs bats.

Got it. Thanks. All i did was i renamed the bat i want to the sponsors name that was currently being used by my career player & its done. Thanks.

Win, the error is in the link to the "Mega Bat Pack" in the very first post of this thread. The links later in the post work ok, but it's confusing because the first link seen is the one in that first post, and that's the one that needs to be fixed.

I suggest installing the XnView Shell extension - lets you see preview thumbnails of most dds files in the File Explorer.
