- bracken
etc etc etc

then if they fail bring in bowlers like

- bollinger
- noffke
etc etc

i left harmy and hoggy out for 2 years brought them back and they both averaged under 20 that yr and under 25 the next

Hoops struggles have made me want to start an Aussie save. I get through games quicker than I used to, now I only have low highlights on. Australia seem to deteriorate a lot in this game. You can call them the underdog after a couple of years.

i think tht noffke is class i havnt played with him in my team but i played against him and he got 5 wicket hauls in both innings and made it difficult for my batsman to score any runs

Just playing India in 08. The bowler are balls like Hoops has found. Bracken, Clark, most recognisable name are awful. Got a decent regen called Hammond who is like McGrath II - Bowls very tidy, brilliant in ODI's, hasnt taken loads of wickets in tests but he's getting there. Tait is as well. Ripped India apart in the last game.

Haha, yeah, the bowlers are pathetic. Tait does well sometimes, goes through some teams then gets carted like 1-150 from 25 overs, hes erratic. Im up to the 2009 Ashes and just lost them goddammit.

Ive found that Bracken and Johnson perform well as 1st and 2nd change bowlers, Lee is brilliant in short spells as is Tait and Clark is capable when in form. The bowlers are bad I agree but you must use them effectively instead of just clicking the button and saying WHY DONT I GET WICKETS!. I player on Hoopers save file and won by an innings twice...

I've found that Watson bowls fairly well in tests, and I found a new bowler by the name of Roy Carson, who has bowled well for me and can bat.
The rest of my bowlers are hit and miss.
