Pfft the last three seasons (including this one), we were in the same bloody position. Win and go through lose and out. We failed on this spot for the last 2 seasons. I am gonna go for some massive changes if we fail again. I mean I cant really see where we are weak!!

Guys, what do you think - Full re-draft next season or the usual? I am not a big fan of full re-drafts, I like a player becoming a veteran of a certain side like irl, but I'll take ANY suggestions into consideration.
