A great win for us there. Gayle set up the chase with a great innings to continue his amazing run of form at the top of the order. My bowling attack isn't the greatest but did well to restrict them after they started well.
The second time I've got further than Callum and won my semifinal from 5th place

Chris Gayle has been awesome this season. Has he finally found a permanent home? I think he's been at about 5 clubs now.:laugh

Yes I remember being told before the start of the season that Gayle wasn't a good choice because he's been a fail in all other seasons

YES! Now that was more like it. The bowlers were decent, with Murali performing when it mattered. Hopes also continued his great season, and Harwood's breakthroughs were also integral.
Very pleased to see Umar Akmal and Voges with the runs. They outscored seasoned players like Hussey and Dhoni. Voges has just been fantastic this season, but it was Akmals day today, he hasnt had many chances to shine but capitalised fully today.
Tough game against Melbourne and we would love to win it now and go further into the finals. Melbourne have had a great season too, so may the best team win.
