Please name your captains and coaches. Now previously we have had coaches from real life, as a formality really, but I am going to try something new. Your team coaches will be PC members. So they could have a say in your line-ups, they may give you suggestions in trading or acquiring free agents, but at the end of the day you will have the final say. They will also take over and post line-ups in your temporary absences (if you go MIA). So hire them, familiarise them with your team and the way you make selections, or not, and if you think they aren't performing well enough (or poorly in your absence), or even not being helpful enough, then you can sack them and find a replacement.
There is a list of interested owners on the first post who may also want to be a coach. Remember that if you are a coach and your owner leaves permanently, then you are given the option of taking over that team.
If you aren't on that interested owners list but want to be a coach, then express your interest through a post.
