Australian Premier League XIII

Fair enough you get the job. I will probably manage the team during the season, and if I somehow dont make it, you can do it? Thats how it works right Biggy? :p

No warm-ups, I trust your training camps have taught you much.:p Epic 14 round home and away season, kicking off with Melbourne and Sydney at the MCG for our season opener. There will be injuries.

Yeah, exactly what I said in the post when I announced the coaches system.:p:thumbs

Taking your first round line-ups at the SG. I have got the averages done and teams in the sim, just gotta double check them. Take notice of the injuries. If you name an injured player in your line-up then I will make the replacement for you.

I'm guessing you've closed the trading window. Or can we are allowed a certain number of trades throughout the season?

Do you add players each round? And is there a set amount of players that could be injured at one time?

Yes, no set amount, all random.

Well no one has done any trading so I assumed you were all done. Get your trades in NOW if you want to trade.

Compared to other sides, our side is looking weak. But no worries, we'll work hard towards success :)

Weak? Haha, I dont like negativity, you are fired. :p Jokes

Na, I think I have got a pretty balanced team out there, good bowling and batting, no real superstars though.

It all begins again

As a gruelling 14-round season is announced, the eight newly formed teams of the Australian Premier League are as ready as ever. It all begins at the Melbourne Cricket Ground when the hometown Blitz's take on the travelling Sydney Stallions. Both teams will be looking for an early win, and will be hoping to make a bod statement to the remaining teams.

Ricky Ponting and Shane Watson won't be so chummy when it comes to their season opener at the MCG tomorrow

Yeah, yeah. Favorites already before a ball is bowled in this championship. Just on paper... A big 'maybe' that too.
