Australian Super League|KFC Pre-season Bash gets underway! :p

Yeah, Sangakkara doesn't keep any more in RL though.
I would say Baz (McCullum) is the 2nd best one-day keeper behind Dhoni.
But in tests he's down at like four/five, behind Dhoni, Prior, Haddin.

I would say, you got 3 world class batsman (Hay, AB, Hus), while I only got two. I got a better WK, our pace is about the same, but I got a better spinner (you'd prob argue overwise).
So overall they're pretty even teams.

but I got a better spinner (you'd prob argue overwise).

Haha, Yes I would argue with that. I will say that I have the best local spinner while you have the best overseas spinner. I agree with that.

About you saying I have 3 WC batsman, Just remember that I also have Gambhir but I haven't played him for the chance to play both Steyn and Anderson. Paine is the second best keeper batsman in Australia (even though I chose him when Haddin was still available) and I always have the option to play de Villiers as keeper and put in Bailey or Cowan. I have arguably the best bowler in the World (He is the current #1 Test bowler anyway) Steyn and 1 of the best bowlers of swing in the world currently, James Anderson. I think our match would be one of the best matchups.

The comparison of the teams:

# - My Player - Your Player
1. Matthew Hayden - Chris Rogers - Hayden would be a better batsman.
2. Shaun Marsh - Brendon McCullum - Both good batsman. Plus for me is that Marsh is local while McCullum is overseas and the plus for you is that he is a keeper.

3. Mike Hussey - Ricky Ponting - Both are 2 of the best current Aussie batsman but I agree Ponting is better.

4. AB de Villiers - Mohammad Yousuf - Both World Class Overseas batsman but de Villiers is probably a bit better in ODI cricket plus he can keep as well.
5. Dwayne Bravo - Callum Ferguson - Ferguson is probably a better batsman but Bravo is an all-rounder. Bravo would be the better player all-round.
6. Tim Paine - Andrew McDonald - Paine is a better batsman and a keeper while McDonald is an all-rounder. Too hard to compare.

7. Steven Smith - James Hopes - Hopes better bowler, Smith better batsman, Hopes more experienced. Hopes pace bowler, Smith spin bowler. From that, it's hard to compare but I would say Hopes is better.

8. Nathan Hauritz - Daniel Vettori - Won't comment on this since you won't agree with it but Hauritz is the best Local Spin Bowler while Vettori is the best overseas spin bowler.

9. Brett Geeves - Kyle Mills - Mills is definately the better player. Both can bat, Mills is more of a bowling all-rounder though. Geeves is Local though.

10. Dale Steyn - Nathan Bracken - Steyn is easily better now that Bracken is getting old. Bracken is local though

11. James Anderson - Glenn McGrath - Both very good bowlers. McGrath although is retired now while Anderson is probably at his best now.

Yes, very even teams. I would say the Openers are the only part of the teams that I definately have an advantage over you.

Hedgy, shall we trade an overseas player.? I want dale steyn and I'll give you jayawardena or freddie.
