Yes, once a new match thread is up you count the posts in the last round then post your new average updates so barmy can update them in the CricSim files.

Each player has to allocate their own points whether it be their batting average raised or bowling average lowered, and up to them how they split their points between the two.

Should we update the post stuff here on a per round basis?

Also, should there be a cap on to how high/low the averages get? We don't want regular members to be better statistically than the internationals.

Once the cap is reached, you have to still maintain a certain degree of activity or the average points will start returning to its original value.

Well the cap is based on number of games. We looked at international ratings when we devised the system.

No, it's one point max per match thread otherwise barmy's bowling avg would be like 5 and owning you all.

Can I get a confirmation from Rhys whether he has updated the averages? We do sent a PM a day before the last match. If Rhys can confirm that he has upated across all the simmers, then it would be fine.
