Add bats? How does a very intelligent bloke like me go about doing that?

Same way as we added more faces (method courtesy of Burma's Finest).
Set the players bat to a number like 56 that isn't in the 4GB bat pack. Run the game and write down the fsh number when it crashes.

As I said, 4gb Bat pack is the most up to date bat pack available.

got a question for you !! to use the 4gb batpack which comes bundled with the planetcricket roster ...do you have to uninstall the previous 2gb batpack or can they be used together???

Just install the 4gb, you can delete the 2gb if you want

I'll probably uninstall both and reinstall the 4gb one only coz' I can distinctly remember having to 3 .ros file in my documents .....a planet...ros ,a batback.ros and one with my profile......should i be having so many ??

It will overwrite the bats in the root is what I meant. As for the rosters, it comes with it's own and none of the other rosters will have correct bats and faces unless you use the new 4GB bat pack one.

i notice that in game the bats don't match up as in the player editor( i havent installed the new version yet!!)....I was playing the English county championship when i installed the4GB pack/planetcricket roster.......eg Andrew Strauss is batting in game with a County bat and others with indian and pakistani bats etc when they should be using GMs ,Gray Nics etc....what can be the problem??

Possibly the version of Player Editor you are using has a bats.xml file made for the 2GB bay pack.
Just download PE3 then you get a bat preview as well as the name in the editor.

They're listed in the bats.xml file or you can just select a bat and it will tell you the xml. Only goes up to 55 though. BF had all the number to 120 but his HD died...
