Batsman "run out" at strikers end

I presume this a common issue others have experienced where:

1. Batsman plays a shot;
2. Hit to fielder;
3. Fielder throws at stumps;
4. Batsman wanders around the crease and doesn't move back behind the crease
5. "Run out" after review by third umpire

Unfortunately either circle doesn't react quickly enough, or the batsman automatically leaves the crease and doesn't return before the ball becomes dead.

I had 5 of these dismissals across two innings. Steve Smith was batting nicely on 47* and then it struck and changed momentum. Can occur at any time.

It is well known bug.I am also getting it.Could you please report it in bug reporting thread.
