I'm batting and using the buttons rather than the thumb sticks. The left shoulder button for 'toggle ground shots'....what does it do?

It stops the shot from going in the air.

Thanks bud. I've inputted this modifier during games and haven't seen much (if any) difference to the type of shot played. I'll most likely be playing a match today and will check it out again.

I've played a couple of 10 over games and specifically tried the left bumper groundstroke modifier.......and don't see any difference. Any xbox users on here got any suggestions? Thanks.

You press it once before you take the shot. Then hit the ball normally.

You need to use the aggressive button or you won't see any difference.

It can still chip up if you your timing is poor.

Ahh......I need to toggle the left bumper modifier with the aggressive shot button. It all makes sense now. Gonna try it out today wit another 10 over game.
