The best advice is dont start career just yet.
Wait until its more stable with crashes and logos get best etc and most importantly until your attributes increase without the simulating fix. Also wait until representative selection is fixed.
Dont start career mode man.

Seriously? I have a career player in his first year and didn't realise there were issues. Bugger.
