Best after 2010?

Who are some of the players you signed after 2010 and did well?

I signed Chris Gayle but he didn't do well averaging 43 in FC and 23 in ODI's

I signed H.Peterson and i still have him he's doing well. 67 in FC and 38.25 in ODI's

I signed Imran Farhat and im surprised he's a great all-rounder! Averaging 44 in FC and 32 in ODI's and has 36 wickets so far at 15.63!

I play in Normal difficulty
Pitches are always set up for random i never doctor them to suit my team.
Because im Hampshire i had always stuck with Katich as my overseas batsmen but in 2009 he was unavailable for selection for some reason.
So i had to pick someone else Akash had fairly good stats so i decided to pick him and there is no way i wanna let him go now after this seasons performance
Is he a real player in India? and is he any good.
Oh yeah and the match he scored 351* i won with less than 15mins remaining

He is a real player but not as execptional as in the game.
